Cancellation Policy

At Fresh Finish Mobile Detailing LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair and efficient schedule for both our clients and technicians. To help ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:


Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.


Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your appointment.


Cancellation After Rescheduling

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy accounts for the time and resources allocated to accommodate scheduling changes.


No-Call, No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full service amount. This ensures fairness to our team and to other clients who may have needed that appointment slot.


We understand that emergencies can arise and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. By booking with Fresh Finish Mobile Detailing , you agree to the terms outlined above.

Fresh Finish Mobile Detailing LLC is a fully mobile vehicle detailing service dedicated to preserving vehicle value and enhancing interior and exterior appearance throughout the Hampton Roads area.


SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

You may cancel the SMS messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out status. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Fresh Finish Mobile Detailing.


If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did originally, and SMS communications will resume.
